Explanation of Responses:

1. Due to broker error, (i) 247 shares of common stock were omitted from the reporting person's Form 3, and (ii) a purchase transaction was inadvertently not previously reported on a Form 4.

2. This number represents the amount of securities beneficially owned that should have been reported on the reporting person's Form 3 filed January 29, 2018.

3. The May 15, 2018 purchase transaction, which was not directed by the reporting person, was matchable against an August 9, 2018 sale transaction under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The reporting person has paid the Issuer $233.22, representing the profit realized in connection with the short-swing transaction.
