a. On July 29, 2012 Mr. Frederick A. Huttner, Jr. resigned as Chief Executive Officer, President and as a director of the Company.
b. On July 29, 2012, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. J. Leonard Ivins to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.
