Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Registrant issued a press release regarding a delay in Akron Riverview Corn Processors, LLC’s, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LSCP, LLLP, itself a majority-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, project development due to current market conditions. A copy of the press release announcing and describing this event was made available on our website on August 29, 2007 and is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
