Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person has been granted 141,004 shares of restricted stock under the Issuer's 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan. These shares will vest in full over three years, with 33.33% vesting per year beginning on January 4, 2023.

2. 281,697 shares remain subject to vesting.

3. Held by A & M Feldman Foundation, Inc., of which the reporting person is a director and founding member. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities. The inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of these shares for Section 16 or for any other purpose.
