As used in this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”), and unless otherwise indicated, the terms “the Company,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Leopard Energy, Inc. f/k/a Cyber Apps World Inc.
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
The Company has filed an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation (the “Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of Nevada, changing its name from “Cyber Apps World Inc.” to “Leopard Energy, Inc.” effective April 26, 2024. The filing was made in connection with the review and processing of our Issuer Company-Related Action Notification Form (the “Notification”), which was submitted to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) with respect to the name change and a corresponding change in our trading symbol. FINRA has not as yet completed its review of the Notification and assigned us a new trading symbol.
