2. On June 1, 2009, the reporting person was granted 864 restricted stock units, which vested 75% on grant date, and 25% on September 1, 2009, and were issued on January 5, 2015..

3. On October 15, 2009, the reporting person was granted 2,142 restricted stock units, which vested 25% on grant date and 25% on each of January 1, April 1 and July 1 of 2010, and were issued on January 5, 2015.
