Explanation of Responses:

1. On April 1, 2024, the Company awarded 362 Restricted Share Units as the equity portion of the reporting person's annual non-employee director compensation, pro-rated to reflect her appointment date, and valued at the prior 30-day average closing stock price of $266.60 per share. The Restricted Share Units vest on March 31, 2025 unless, with certain exceptions, the reporting person ceases to be a director prior to the vesting date.
