Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On February 28, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 1,240 restricted stock units (RSUs). The RSUs vest and convert into common stock of the Issuer as to 1/4th of the total shares on each of March 31, 2022, June 30, 2022, September 30, 2022, and December 31, 2022, subject to continued service through each vest date.

3. On February 28, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 165 restricted stock units (RSUs). The RSUs vest and convert into common stock of the Issuer as to 1/4th of the total shares on each of March 31, 2022, June 30, 2022, September 30, 2022, and December 31, 2022, subject to continued service through each vest date.

4. On February 28, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 110 restricted stock units (RSUs). The RSUs vest and convert into common stock of the Issuer as to 1/4th of the total shares on each of March 31, 2022, June 30, 2022, September 30, 2022, and December 31, 2022, subject to continued service through each vest date.
