As of December 31, 2019, Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC (“SAMG LLC”) beneficially owned 3,249,849 shares of Common Stock, which is 5.0% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock. The percentage herein is calculated based upon the aggregate total of the 64,571,214 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of October 25, 2019, as reported in the Issuer’s Form10-Q filed with the SEC on October 28, 2019.
