ASHFORD HOSPITALITY TRUST COMMENTS ON
COMMON STOCK AND PREFERRED DIVIDENDS
DALLAS, December 11, 2020 -- Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) (“Ashford Trust” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors is continuing the suspension of the Company’s common stock and preferred dividends into 2021, in light of the ongoing uncertainty from the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect liquidity. The Board of Directors will continue to monitor the situation and assess future quarterly dividend declarations.
Ashford Hospitality Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on investing predominantly in upper upscale, full-service hotels.
