2. Charles E. Jobson Irrevocable Trust, a trust in which the reporting person's children beneficially own 100%. The reporting person's spouse is the Trustee.

3. Common shares held by the Jobson Family Foundation, an entity controlled by Mr. Jobson

4. Common shares held by Delta Advisors, LLC. Mr. Jobson is the managing member of Delta Advisors, LLC

5. The Reporting Person was granted 2,740 Restricted Stock Units on November 16, 2018 vesting at 1/3 of the total granted amount over three years. Such Restricted Stock Units were previously reported in Table II on a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
