ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On February 9, 2006, the Corporation announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.38 per share of the Corporation’s outstanding common stock payable March 31, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2006. This amount represents a 36% increase over the $.28 quarterly dividend paid by the Corporation in 2005. Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99 is a copy of the Corporation’s related press release dated February 9, 2006.
