Explanation of Responses:

1. Amount includes the following restricted share units ("RSUs") granted by the Issuer, payable upon vesting in an equal number of Class B common shares of the Issuer: (i) 37,037 RSUS that are scheduled to vest on June 5, 2021; and (ii) 272,109 RSUs that are scheduled to vest in three equal annual installments beginning July 23, 2021.

2. On May 14, 2021, the reporting person vested in performance share appreciation rights as to 211,842 Class B common shares, as certain performance criteria for such year and tranche were met.
