1. 25% of the shares underlying this option shall vest and become exercisable on August 7, 2024, with the remaining shares vesting in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such vesting date.

2. 25% of the shares underlying this option shall vest and become exercisable on March 25, 2025, with the remaining shares vesting in thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such vesting date.
