1. 25% of the original number of shares subject to the option vested on March 18, 2020, and 1/36th of the remaining number of shares subject to the option have vested and shall vest on a monthly basis thereafter, subject to the Reporting Party's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.

2. 25% of the original number of shares subject to the option vested on December 21, 2021, and 1/36th of the remaining number of shares subject to the option have vested and shall vest on a monthly basis thereafter, subject to the Reporting Party's continued service to the Issuer through each such vesting date.
