Explanation of Responses:

1. Adjustment due to the conversion of stock units to KBAL shares in the Kimball International 401(k) plan.

2. Not Applicable.

3. The Kimball International Retirement Plan Committee voted to eliminate Kimball International Common Stock (KBAL) as an option for investment in the Kimball International 401(k), with all investments to be liquidated prior to the end of February, 2016. This sales transaction is due to the aforementioned elimination.
