GDF SUEZ guarantees supplies for its customers
despite the drop in Russian natural gas deliveries
Whereas the level of deliveries of Russian natural gas passing through the Ukraine was normal until January 5th, GDF SUEZ has today recorded a very significant drop – by over 70% in France.
All the necessary measures have been taken to guarantee the continuity of natural gas supplies for all GDF SUEZ customers in France and in Europe, thanks to the Group’s sourcing portfolio, the most diversified in Europe with nine major sources, as well as its access to short-term markets and storage facilities.
Russian gas deliveries represent around 15% of GDF SUEZ’s total portfolio in Europe.
