2. The Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transactions was inadvertently omitted on Form 4 filed 10/08/2014. 12,830 shares, which were previously reported, were indirectly held in the Lanigan Family Partnership on that date.

3. The Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transactions was inadvertently omitted on Form 4 filed 10/08/2014. 134,000 shares, which were previously reported, were indirectly held in Conifer Partners II, LLC on that date.
