This amendment is being filed to correct Item 7.01:
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 18, 2004, Rainier Pacific Financial Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has completed the repurchase program that was previously announced on July 21, 2004. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
