Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting individual is the co-Trustee of a QTIP Trust containing CPK shares. Due to the death of the income beneficiary of the QTIP Trust, shares were sold due to the dissolution of said Trust in conjunction with settlement of the beneficiary's estate.

2. Broker open market sales on behalf of the reporting individual ranged from $113.11 to $113.915 in multiple transactions. Full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price will be provided upon request.

3. Broker open market sales on behalf of the reporting individual ranged from $113.23 to $114.12 in multiple transactions. Full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price will be provided upon request.
