The Depositor has filed a prospectus, dated June 22, 2017, setting forth a description of the pool ofclosed-end Nissan and Infiniti leases, the related Nissan and Infiniti leased vehicles and related assets and the structure of $152,000,000 aggregate principal amount of theClass A-1 Asset Backed Notes (the “Retained Notes”), $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of theClass A-2a Asset Backed Notes, $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of theClass A-2b Asset Backed Notes, $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of theClass A-3 Asset Backed Notes and $97,300,000 aggregate principal amount of theClass A-4 Asset Backed Notes (collectively, the “Publicly Registered Notes”) by Nissan Auto Lease Trust2017-A.
