On October 24, 2016, GI Dynamics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release confirming that the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (“TGA”) has cancelled the Company’s EndoBarrier device inclusion on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (“ARTG”) effective October 12, 2016.
