(b) On November 24, 2017 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time), Anne Keating and Graham Bradley informed GI Dynamics, Inc. (the “Company”) of their resignations as directors of the Company, effective November 24, 2017.
A copy of the press release announcing Ms. Keating’s and Mr. Bradley’s resignations is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
