2. Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of all such shares.

3. Contributions of Class B shares to Rankin Associates HBB, L.P. ("RA HBB"). The Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee of the BTR 2012 GST trusts for the benefit of their children that are limited partners of RA HBB.

4. Contributions of Class B shares to RA HBB. The Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee of the BTR 2020 GST trusts for the benefit of their children that are limited partners of RA HBB.

5. Contribution of Class B shares to RA HBB. The Reporting Person's spouse is a shareholder of Rankin Management Inc., which is a general partner of RA HBB.

6. Contribution of Class B shares to RA HBB. The Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee of a trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's spouse that is a limited partner of RA HBB.

7. Contributions of Class B shares to RA HBB. The Reporting Person is the trustee of certain trusts for the benefit of the Reporting Person that are limited partners of RA HBB.
