On August 22, 2005, Jafra Worldwide Holdings (Lux) S.àR.l. and subsidiaries, doing business as Jafra Cosmetics International, issued a press release announcing a delay in the filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter of 2005 and providing a preliminary estimate of its results of operations for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2005.
