On September 14, 2007, James D. Price, age 68, a member of the Board of Directors of Corporate Property Associates 16 — Global Incorporated (the “registrant”), resigned from the registrant’s Board of Directors. Mr. Price also served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the registrant. Mr. Price will remain a member of the Boards of Directors and a member of the Audit Committees of Corporate Property Associates 14 Incorporated and Corporate Property Associates 15 Incorporated.
