On July 13, 2016, Dario A. Paggiarino, M.D., Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Lpath, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) notified the Company that he intends to resign from his position, effective July 22, 2016, to pursue other opportunities. The Company would like to thank Mr. Paggiarino for his service.
