Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects 61,339 shares transferred by the reporting person to a grantor retained annuity trust on September 7, 2018.

2. This holding was inadvertently ommitted from the reporting person's prior Forms 4.

3. Due to an administrative error cash dividends were reinvested in common stock.

4. Includes the transfer of 61,564.94 shares by the reporting person from a grantor retained annuity trust (WJS 2018 GRAT 1) and the transfer of 76,376 shares by the reporting person from shares directly owned on December 18, 2018.
