(b) On April 26, 2011, Thomas B. Watts resigned from the Board of Directors of Old Line Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) and Old Line Bank, effective immediately. Mr. Watts did not resign in connection with any disagreement with the Company, the Bank or its management.
