Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 10, 2016, Old Line Bancshares, Inc. announced that it priced its offering of $35 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.625% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2026 (the "Notes"). A copy of the press release, dated August 10, 2016, announcing the pricing of the Notes, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
