1. The Reporting Person received shares of restricted stock granted under the Blink Charging Co. 2018 Incentive Compensation Plan. The restricted stock vested on April 12, 2021.

2. Mr. Rama received options to purchase 2,654 shares of common stock granted under the Blink Charging Co. 2018 Incentive Compensation Plan. The options are exercisable in three annual increments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date and expire five years after they become exercisable.
