Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 10, 2007, First Potomac Realty Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release in which the Company announced its initial guidance for 2007 and that its Board of Trustees had declared a dividend of $0.34 per share, payable on February 9, 2007 to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
