Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
First Potomac Realty Trust announces that it will hold a property tour of certain of its properties in the Norfolk/Hampton, Virginia area for the investment community today, September 26, 2007. The property tour presentation materials are available on the Company’s website at the link:www.first-potomac.com, under “Investor Information — Presentations.” The information contained on the Company’s website is not incorporated by reference herein.
In addition, during the course of the tour, management will announce that the Company has entered into a letter of intent related to a 135,000 square foot lease at its Enterprise Parkway property (formerly, 2000 Gateway Blvd.) in Hampton, Virginia. The Company expects a lease will be signed and occupancy will commence on or about October 1, 2007.
