Explanation of Responses:

This transaction represents the withholding of 6,353 shares of common stock to satisfy the tax withholding obligations incurred by the reporting person upon the vesting on February 24, 2024 of an aggregate of 14,166 shares of common stock originally awarded on February 24, 2022 and February 24, 2023.

2. This total includes an additional 556.932355 and 185.3060 shares acquired by the reporting person as a participant in an employee stock purchase plan and dividend reinvestment plan, respectively.
