Remarks:

Effective June 28, 2019, the reporting person no longer meets the definition of officer under Rule 16a-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with her transactions in Cerner common stock and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
