1. Director fees paid in common shares.

2. Amount includes 1,622 restricted share units ("RSUs") granted by the Issuer, payable upon vesting in an equal number of Class A common shares of the Issuer, that are scheduled to vest in two equal annual installments beginning September 13, 2024.

3. Annual director compensation awards of RSUs.

Amount includes the following RSUs granted by the Issuer, payable upon vesting in an equal number of Class A common shares of the Issuer: (i) 1,622 RSUs that are scheduled to vest in two equal annual installments beginning September 13, 2024; and (ii) 8,455 RSUs that are scheduled to vest on November 28, 2024.

5. Amount includes 1,722 RSUs granted by the Issuer, payable upon vesting in an equal number of Class B common shares of the Issuer, that are scheduled to vest in two equal annual installments beginning September 13, 2024.
