| Item 5.03 | Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year. |
On March 16, 2018 and March 19, 2018, TICC Capital Corp. (the “Company”) filed Articles of Amendment for the purpose of amending its current Articles of Incorporation in order to change its corporate name. Effective as of the Articles of Amendment filed on March 19, 2018, the Company’s name has been changed to Oxford Square Capital Corp. A copy of both Articles of Amendment filed on March 16, 2018 and March 19, 2018 are attached hereto as Exhibits 3.1 and 3.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On March 20, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has changed its corporate name to Oxford Square Capital Corp. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
