Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 8, 2009, Local.com Corporation issued a press release titled, “Local.com Granted U.S. Patent Number 7,596,218 for Enhanced Directory Assistance Services in a Telecommunications Network.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On October 5, 2009, Local.com Corporation announced that Heath Clarke, Local.com’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will be presenting a company overview at its first Analyst Day at the NASDAQ OMX in New York, NY on October 8, 2009. A copy of the presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
