On March 11, 2010, Local.com Corporation announced that Heath Clarke, Local.com’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Brenda Agius, Local.com’s Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting a company overview at the Roth 22nd Annual OC Growth Stock Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point, California on March 15, 2010. A copy of the press release and presentation materials are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
