Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 13, 2010, Local.com Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary revenue and earnings results for the completed quarter ended September 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
