On January 7, 2011, Local.com Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary revenue and earnings results for the completed quarter ended December 31, 2010 and the full year 2010.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
The Company made reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release and included a disclosure of how such non-GAAP financial measure is reconciled to the comparable GAAP financial measure in the press release as well.
On January 7, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing it had acquired the assets of iTwango, LLC, a California limited liability company (“iTwango”) on January 1, 2011.
