Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 26, 2007, Local.com Corporation (the “Registrant”) entered into a Microsoft Office Live AdManager Search Engine Marketing Agreement with Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) whereby Microsoft will have access to the Registrant’s Local.com website through the Microsoft Office Live service allowing advertisers to buy advertising on Local.com.
