Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 20, 2007, Local.com Corporation (the “Registrant”) entered into a Google Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with Google Ireland Limited (“Google”) whereby Google will provide its AdSense for Search advertising feed to the Registrant’s UK local search destination website www.uk.local.com and other related websites.
