Item 5.02(b). Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 30, 2012, Mr. Lowell Robinson resigned from the Board of Directors of Local.com Corporation (the “Registrant”) effective April 30, 2012. Mr. Robinson did not leave the Board of Directors of the Registrant because of any disagreement with the Registrant on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Robinson resigned his position with the Board given increasing time commitments with his other business activities. Mr. Robinson will serve as a consultant to the Registrant going forward.
