| Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On June 21, 2013, Local Corporation (the “Registrant”) entered into Amendment Number Five to Google Services Agreement with Google Inc. (the “Amendment”). The Amendment provides for an extension of the Google Services Agreement until September 30, 2013. The effective date of the Amendment is August 1, 2013.
The foregoing description of the Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Agreement which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
