On July 23, 2014, Local Corporation (the “Registrant”) made the following announcement:
At Local Corporation, we understand the vital importance of the data and services we offer our users, partners and customers, and work extremely hard to make sure our sites run 24/7 without interruption. This week while conducting a scheduled upgrade to our infrastructure, we encountered a major issue. Unfortunately, due to this issue we experienced an infrastructure disruption affecting our servers that took our sites offline. The issue has resolved and all sites are back online. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Thank you for your continued support and patience.
