Holdings include 141.7224 shares acquired as a result of participation in the Independent Bank Corp. 2014 Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan since the last Form 4 filing (5/25/2023), which transactions are exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

2. Granted from the Independent Bank Corp. 2010 Non-Employee Director Stock Plan. 1,667 options immediately vested and were fully exercisable; 1,667 options became vested and fully exercisable on January 2, 2014; and 1,666 options became vested and fully exercisable on January 2, 2015.
