Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
During the earnings call of Worldspan, L.P. (the “Company”) held on May 15, 2006, the Company inadvertently made certain statements relating to its ability to maintain its EBITDA margins in connection with its new content agreements with its airline suppliers. The Company’s references in this context should have been to its ability to maintain its overall EBITDA, instead of to its EBITDA margins.
