Distributions
Our board of directors previously declared distributions of $0.0458 per share to stockholders of record on July 1, 2006, $0.0466 per share to stockholders of record on August 1, 2006 and $0.0475 per share to stockholders of record on September 1, 2006, all of which were paid by September 30, 2006. On October 1, 2006, our board of directors declared a distribution of $0.0483 per share to stockholders of record on October 1, 2006, which shall be paid by December 31, 2006.
Offering
Through August 31, 2006, we have received aggregate proceeds in connection with our offerings, including proceeds received through our reinvestment plan, of $621.4 million. This information supersedes and replaces the information regarding aggregate proceeds contained in Supplement No. Three dated September 21, 2006 to our prospectus dated April 4, 2006.
