Item 1.02 | Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement. |
As previously disclosed in the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q filed November 15, 2010, the Company was in the process of negotiating an orderly termination of its leases with PARC Management and its affiliates (“PARC”). On November 19, 2010, the Company entered into a lease termination and settlement agreement with PARC and, accordingly, the leases for the eighteen properties will be terminated on or before January 1, 2011.
Reference is made to the press release dated November 24, 2010, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by this reference.
